Outlook MSG Viewer is a Mac-only program which allows you to view Microsoft Outlook .MSG files seamlessly inside your Mac mail client (Apple Mail, Entourage, etc.).

This is especially handy if you’ve imported your Microsoft Outlook e-mails from a PC to a Mac.

Converting your Microsoft Outlook data from PC to Mac? Check out a great program called O2M, available from littlemachines.com. Outlook MSG Viewer compliments O2M by allowing you to view Outlook’s .msg files, which aren’t converted by O2M.

Outlook MSG Viewer converts your .msg file to .eml format, which is readable by Apple Mail, Microsoft Entourage, Microsoft Outlook 2011, and many other popular Mac email clients. With the licensed version, you can select a default application such as Apple Mail to view the converted files.

Using drag-and-drop, you can now also convert an entire folder of .msg files to .eml format!

The trial version allows you to test that your Outlook .msg files can be decoded; it will only show you a limited portion of the message in TextEdit – not in your email client. The licensed version provides inline access to the email messages as shown in the screenshots, and will function like a standard email message with formatting, images, and other attachments intact.
